That experience has translated well to the Real Estate Industry as he understands what it takes to put a transaction together and where the pitfalls lay. His primary responsibility is to work with Buyers. He is adept at finding just the right home and then negotiating with the listing agent to procure the property. His strong negotiation and sales skills serve him well when it comes to finding that just right property for his client.
Natalie Hope : Transaction Coordinator
Natalie has been with Trinity Realty for 14 years. She is a licensed Real Estate agent as well as a licensed Loan officer. Natalie spent the first few years of her career as an agent but soon realized she much more enjoyed the behind the scenes part of the process. Natalie drives the process forward to completion. She also is our in house Short Sale negotiator and works hard for our clients to make sure the transaction goes as seamlessly as possible.
Robert Singery : Loan Manager/Buyers Agent
Robert has over 17 years of Real Estate experience and is the go to mortgage loan officer for thousands of satisfied clients and realtors. While the mortgage industry is much different today than it was when he started, his philosophy remains the same “Treat every client like a lifelong client.”
Roberts works with a variety of homeowners from first time buyers to seasoned borrowers. He’s frequently asked to handle refinances from prior customers because they know that he is up to date on dozens of loan programs available. He educates his clients about different mortgage options so that they can make informed decisions and get tailored loan based on needs.
Robert is one of the few that is double licensed as a realtor enabling him to represent a buyer or seller at anytime. His is always there to answer all of questions and help make your dreams come true!
Corinne Singery : Seller and Buyer’s Agent
Corinne brings 8+ years of real estate experience to the team. As a La Habra Heights native, she enjoys serving her local community.
