I was referred to Frances from a good friend of mine. I was working with another agent prior to meeting Frances and that agent wasn’t doing all she could to help me find a home. That agent rarely sent me listing updates and it seemed as though I was inconviencing her when I would contact her regarding a property I was interested in viewing.

I gave Frances a call and I informed her of my position and within the hour, she had emailed me several listings in my price range and the areas I was interested in. I was humbled at the attention Frances was giving me.

Frances emailed me and sent me a text, which stated that she found a few properties I might be interested in viewing. I immeditely responded and asked her if we could view a couple of the homes. She made some phone calls and we were walking through the properties that same day. One of the houses was in a great neighborhood. A neighborhood I had always dreamed of living in, however, the property was a short sale and that frightened us. Frances told us not to worry and patiently explained the whole process of negotiating and purchasing a short sale home. With her expert advice, we submitted an offer on the home. The offer was accepted and we moved onto the escrow phase of buying this home. Frances walked us through the whole process and was so patient with us. She gave us countless updates throughout the process and was always available to answer any questions we had. Not only was she available, her assistant was very friendly and knowledgable and always a phone call or e-mail away.

We closed escrow a couple of weeks ago, and we could not have done it without the assistance and knowledge of this awesome agent. If you are looking to purchase a home and need an agent to represent you, I highly recommend that you give Frances a call.
